Rear view camera

[A5 Cabriolet]

I just acquired a 2020 A5 Cabriolet. The factory rear view camera has an extremely poor picture quality, very low resolution (I can literally see it's consisted of lines) and the video motion is not smooth either.
An Audi dealership told me it's normal but I just can't believe that in a 2020 Audi (newest Touchscreen MMI) such a bad camera is installed in the factory.
Does anyone have experience with such issue?

I was wondering the same,
I have just got a 2017 a5 S line sportback with reverse cam. Its fish eye camera and really small and awkward angle of picture.
Not sure if i have the smaller screen or not but i do have digital cockpit (with no wireless charging)

I retrofitted genuine Audi cam and picture is perfect. 2017 A5 sportback

MY2020 A5 Convertible and camera image is better than that and much higher clarity. Only issue is rain on the lens blurring image as no option to clean lens as per A7.
