Ref parking sensor fault.

Car is making a continuous beep when I first put it in reverse . I presume I have a faulty sensor.

I’ve tried listening to each sensor with the car in reverse and the ignition on but cannot hear any noises from any sensors. I’m getting on so maybe it’s just my hearing lol.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

If you have a diagnostic tool like VCDS or obdeleven you will be able to scan the parking module and work out which one is at fault. One of mine went and I just replaced all 4 with some off eBay as Audi wanted £100 for each sensor!

Also, do you have front parking sensors? As any sensor fault will cause the beep, and I think the front sensors are different to the rear.
