Remapping Somerset 3.0tdi

Hi I've just bought A5 3.0 TDI 2014 model. I'm planning to keep for good few years as only got 28k on clock and I love it, been thinking bout remapping but don't know if there would be much benefit to it or risks involved. Any advice much appreciated

Hi Mate what BHP is your car.

242 standard I believe

Stage 1 remap should give you approx 50 BHP and 100 NM.

Does a remap cause any issues after a period of time and would the gearbox need doing Aswel? Thanks

You can get it done if you want, just with the stage 1 you will feel a big difference in the car.
