remove front bumper on a 1998 A6

Hi all

Can some one please help, how do i remove my front bumper??

Since lowering my car i got caught on a kerb and it has pulled the front bumper up and out /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bang.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cry.gif

I need to inspect the damge and since if it can be either repaired or replaced.....hope fully repaired !!

I have posted this on the A6 forum but no joy, so i am really hoping someone here can help /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/book.gif

it is the 4b model which i think was up to 2001
