removing steering wheel

I am trying to get to the steering angle sensor but i cant get the steering wheel off. I have taken the airbag off and now there is a torq bolt in the middle with another one inside (i think), can anyone tell me how to remove the steering wheel?

Always helps to know what car you are working on. Removing the large spline drive bolt in the centre should do the trick.
