Wow nice list. Pics??
You did a Quattro conversion?

Kinda confused chap, you've done all the great mods but not touching one of the worse parts of the s-line package, the suspension.

what leather trim level are you wishing to retrofit as I have recently removed all the seats etc from my special edition, black valcona , which is the top level of leather trim.

When i got it, it had 4 new genuine shocks and front springs so I replaced the rears so all was new and left it be and will change it soon as its 2 1/2 years old now
When i do change think go bilstein b8 shocks and h&r springs and roll bars, as got that setup on my mk4 golf tdi 4wd track car and handling is perfect on all tracks inc nurburgring and no messing about with coil overs which never get adjusted on a road car

Thats sounds like my cup of tea as dont like the 2 tone s line leather

Missed out on the rs4 leather from Scotland on ebay last week

Im thinking of doing the same from multitronic to tiptronic. Can you provide more info on this?

No idea what's needed electrically for the swap but physical parts was

Gearbox
Gear linkage
My front shafts bolted straight up but some have said fronts bolts differeny
Propshaft
Fuel tank and pumps(try and get fuel lines with as hard to get)
Entire rear suspension complete with diff shafts brakes ideally as handbrake cables are different and make sure abs wiring is intact as pain to change them if not

Make sure diff is matched to the gearbox
Ideally all from same car as props are different lengths

The rear suspension and tank need to be done together
But then can be driven
Once gearbox in no drive until prop is fitted because no locking diffs
(bit different to haldex setup as drop prop off back to fwd)

Everything will bolt up
Apart from propshaft mounts
Need to be made and welded to the tunnel (carpet need to be lifted
Also need to run wires from 2nd fuel sender to dash board and code it for 4wd tank

Have pics and dimensions of tunnel mounts

Yeah got a few photos
Mainly of the mounts I made and welded but too bit in size to add to the post so need to host them and link them to here

I'm in need of a new carpet set (not the mats) and wondering what is transferable from the SEAT Exeo, as they were made up to 2013.

I did think of a Quattro conversion. Got the tools and skills, but not the patience or attitude any more, but for you doing it I say "Well done, Sir!"

Forgot to add - mine has rear blinds in the door cards.
Not my cup of tea and I'd happily let them go for a good 'standard' pair of cards + a few quid.

Hi David, Appreciate this was a long long time ago but wonder if you are still a current member on here as I have a few questions about the retrofits ? thanks

He's not been active since 2019 so i doubt you will get any reply now.
Maybe put your specific requirements on a new thread and we'll try and assist.:icon thumright:
