Retrofitting Armrest!?!

So the girlfriend has a wee A1 sport and it doesn't have an armrest. She priced one on eBay at £210.00 is there a cheaper version of an armrest or where could Isource a cheaper one.... ?

That's as cheap as you'll get it unless you go for a non genuine one.

Pain in the *** to fit by the way.

Have a look at this thread:-

and order the parts directly from Audi. Be cheeky and ask for 10% discount (you should get it especially if you bought the car from there) should be able to get it for about £180. Alternatively try Trade Parts Specialists for genuine parts

+1 speak to your local Audi dealer and ask for a discount. The only armrest to use is the genuine one. Others are total rubbish. Fitting can be a challenge but follow the instruction from the Audi A1 Forum and you will be fine. Pick a hot day as this makes the plastic easier to flex and move over the brackets. If don't want to fit it yourself, dealers ask around £100 to do the work.
