Right Dipped Headlight Bulb Change

I have a 'Right Dipped Headlight' warning on the dash, the bulb has gone. Ive tried to change it but the bulb seems difficult to get out if i could get two hands on it but as I can only just about get one hand to it Im struggling.
Is there a knack to getting the bulb out?

Hi, get hold of the plastic bulbholder and press firmly down, the bulb and holder will tilt and you can pull it out. Change the bulb and reverse the procedure, making sure the lug is square to the top. Put the bottom of the holder into the hole and click the top in. If it doesn't seat properly, it'll be because the lug's out of line. You can watch what you're doing through the lamp lens!
