Ring tone

Its not the biggest deal but I can remember changing the ring tone for incoming calls to a connected telephone - having a look through today whilst sat in traffic and it’s now no longer available, saying that this feature is not supported by the phone.
Can someone please have a look and see if they are able to change this on theirs, I have tried an iPhone and Samsung and neither now allow the ring tone to be changed.
