RNS-D TO RNS-E

Newbie here hello to everyone

ive got 2002 a4 1.9tdi sport avant with many problems one is sat nav, some times it says( cant read cd)my question is can i replace with RNS-E. will it go strait in will i need to allter any wires.
its also got DIS and TV.

Yes you will need an RNS-D to E adaptor harness and antenna adaptors, also the TV will no longer work, a later model or digital unit is required. You need to bypass the TMC module in the boot above the TV tuner.
