Hello, my rnse mk1 says on it, telephone is not available, I don’t know how to connect to it or does this mean it doesn’t have it? Any help would be great, thank you

If it is not installed it usually says, "Telephone not Installed", not available suggests you do have a kit of some sorts. Check to see if you have a microphone in the central lighting dome, either drop the dome down or look through the grills for the microphone to see if you can see daylight. To pair your phone, just turn on the ignition to light up the dash, search from your phone with bluetooth for an AUDI UHVxxxx device and the pin code is 1234 as standard although this can be changed by previous owners of the car.

Just tried that mate, couldn’t see a mic or anything and wouldn’t connect to it was nothing there

If you cannot see a mic in the lighting dome behind the slots or you can see daylight through it then you dont have a phone kit. How did you check, did you drop the lighting dome down, its an oblong shaped box with a cable coming out of one end. If you did have a phone kit they are known to have fault which manifests as not being able to connect to the phone. The phone module software screws up and you need to replace it with a later version. If you connect VCDS to your car and scan the phone module number 77 will show up but you wont be able to connect to it, also the RNS-E could be coded incorrectly and have a phone coded in when you dont have a phone kit.
