Just bought a look-alike RNS system from our friends in China, everything seems to marry up. Only query is the aerial connection, only one connection fits and reception is a bit knaff. Will I have to recode the car its an 2009 A3 ? If so any help to do this would be greatly appreciated. I live in Crawley area, but of course would drive to help. The car had a concert system in it.

Try getting an aerial adaptor from a local audio place and see if it helps. If the adaptor your using isn't 100% it could sound weak. You should be able to get an audio place to look for free and tell you which part you need.

Sorted the problem, it needed a 12v line joined to the aerial lead to power it. All ok now thanks
