Routing of the windscreen washer pipe work

Hi. Mine has snapped in two places by the bonnet hinge on my cabrio. I can see where it goes through a rubber grommet towards the washer tank but is it accessible if I take off the passenger wheel and inner arch liner?
Plus can a generic pipe be fitted, if so what size and length? Thanks

Stuff it. Ordered a generic rubber pipe with fittings. Going to hopefully get it plumbed in tomorrow
