Just had a look at the saloon in teesside audi, looks mega, turbo blue looks way better in person too than the pics. Half tempted to change from Daytona to Turbo for my carbon saloon.

I think it's perhaps more dependent on how far away the build week is, I tried to change seats to Dynamica only to be told my car had come forward from W8-22 to W49-21 and no changes were allowed.

I was also informed that whether the change altered the BW seemed to be in the lap of the gods these days, some changes push cars even futher away and some bring them closer, they have no idea until until they alter the order
 
Only just off the trailer but mine is at the dealers and pdi is being done this pm.

Thanks mate. Yeah I don’t think they have much on at the moment so can jump straight into it.

Collection is Friday as things stand… just need my Reg to conclude insurance and for a time to be confirmed. I am hoping Friday morning…

Yep mythos black. I had wanted Daytona but it was the compromise I had to make to secure an LE - pic is from the video walk around they sent me hence it looks grey!

You did well securing a LE and the red calipers do look really good.
I'm sure friday will be fine if they are already doing the pdi.

Hmm yeah saying only 2 saloons in this colour.
Does he mean 2 saloons full stop or launch edition cars ?
Why are so many people trying to move these cars on - and at insane prices ?
I'm still convinced they will sell them at these levels.
 
@Snake Pliskin I bet you were sweating when it looked like another Daytona Saloon was about to be delivered ;)

My LE is one of only 3 mythos saloons from the 96 made.

Good man!!! Thats great to see one almost ready to go :) Make sure they remove the transport blocks from the suspension springs!!!!!

You spotted it was on those eh… ?! They’re not subtle are they!!!

That being said, rear 3/4 still looks good even on the transport blocks.

It will drop!! Back in 2016 I bought a new Focus RS. Similar to the RS3 the wait was long and uncertain, hence I sourced a pre registered car from a supplier in Barrow. Exact spec I wanted etc. collected the car, and didn’t even notice that the twats had left the transport chocks in till I got home 300 miles later!!!! I did think when driving back it felt a tad firm, even in comfort mode. Was only the next day when I jacked it up to fit mud flaps I saw the blocks! PMSL

It's annoying, I was going to change mine to a dark matte/satin bronze but I might have to change my plans now judging on how many there will be! Haha

Ahh they are bronze?! I was thinking they were a rather naff shade of gold!!

If I don’t find a decent second set of wheels I will likely do mine gold, although the shade is not confirmed at this stage.
