RS3 wheel ET?

Looking to put my OEM wheels into storage for future trade-in and buy some cheaper rims to take the kerb rash strain.
Planning to stick with 8J or 8.5J max, what, does anyone know are the max/min ETs to keep off the calipers and within the arches?
