RS4 B8 Orange suspension strut alert

Hi all

I have a 2015 RS4 B8. The suspension has been largely set on Auto but today I changed it to "Comfort".

About an hour after that (don't know if it's related), I got the orange suspension strut light on the dashboard.

Would anyone know what this means?

A large amount of money is about to disappear from your pocket. Find a good VAG independent to get the fault codes read. It may be just a sensor but if a strut has failed they are expensive and quite often other struts may fail around the same time. Google "B8 RS4 DRC problems" How many miles has the car done ?

Thanks for the reply. It’s done about 30k miles.
Was wondering if it’s worth now switching to something like H&R coil overs at this stage rather than trying to repair them.
