Rubber window seals

Hi guys even though my cars only a few year old some off the seals look a little dull whats the best stuff to bring these back and gives some waterproofing.

heard this was ok Rubber Dub Tyre & Rubber Dressing
any other suggestions

When i put Meguires tyre gel on my window seals it all smeared when it rained lol, and belive me it was a right cow to remove it from the paint...

As daft as it sounds, smooth peanut butter is meant to do the trick, i have just bought some but waiting till both neighbours are owt of the house as i dont want them to see me putting peanut butter on my car
