S1 "offroad" mode?

I was watching this video on YouTube, and noticed something odd on the display:

What is "offroad"? A drive mode? Haven't found it on my car.

I suppose the car on the video might be a pre-production unit...

It’s the sat Nav and it literally means it’s not on a marked road, hence the nav doesn’t know where it is - or ‘off-road’
