Currently doing cambelt/waterpump change on s3 8l (BAM facelift).

Cannot for the life of me get the engine mount out (the upper one directly on the engine, not the one with the dampener).

Decided to try work around it but with the mount dangling in the way I can't undo the upper screw holding in the tensioner.

Any tips/tricks around this? and is this normal on these s3's? most videos I've watched use TTs for demonstration which seem to have a little bit more room to play with.

Cheers in advance.

edit: is it possible to push/move the engine towards the passenger side to make enough room to get the mount out?

3 hours, a broken spanner, a spanner dropped on my face and a lot of swearing later, and it's out :)
