S3 8P Engine codes

Afternoon all, am I correct in thinking all the S3 8P are TFSi EA113?

What's the score with all the different engine codes? Are some stronger than others?

Yep and yep. Facelift S3 is CDLA, prefacelift is the BHZ.
The A3 range from AAX to BWG I think it is.

For the S3 the CDLA is the strongest of the lot - again I’m not sure what the different between the BHZ is, could be slightly greater lift on the inlet cam lobe that drives the HPFP.
