S3 Before and After, Intake and exhaust Dyno graphs

Right as everyone has preferences and can be biased to whatever extent is there any proof to which Intake and exhaust works best with the s3?

I know BCS exhausts are the way to go, does anyone have dyno graphs of the single mod to show the gains?

Once again the "Which Intake?" thread is common on any forum.

Is there any hard proof to go by to show which is the best? bhp/ftlbs graphs or filter and flow rates?

As we all know the manufactures figures always need to be taken with a pinch of salt!

Plus whatever results, every car is different which has to be taken into account...

There a few intake threads for the new model but as with this one all they show is that the good intakes such as the Revo,ITG etc are all good and work well.

For what it's worth very few are tested much beyond Stg2+,so you know they will work at least to that level.
I can safely say that the ITG works to over 600bhp with no obvious limitations.
