S3 buying guide?

Morning guys, new to the forum!

I'm out and about to look for an 8l S3 today, could someone point me in the direction of a buying guide?

I'm not that up to speed on them other than the usual tell tale signs!

Service intervals/cambelt change intervals etc?

I know its probably been asked a load of times but i did search!
