S3 keeps saying check engine coolant and cant find leak but keep re filling

Heres the codes that have come up.
Keeps saying check water coolant switch off engine i refill and it stops for a hour or so. Cant find obvious leaks etc

Coolant leak is a common issue on the 8V, happened on my S3. Was a faulty thermostat housing which was leaking, all sorted under warranty.
Wouldn't be surprised if it's something similar for yours, I'd take it to Audi as it is a common fault and known so should be sorted for free under warranty

If it the housing I think it's around £800 to get fixed at the dealers. So not cheap.

Wow that’s expensive. It should be a recall really, my Nov 2016 registered S3 suffered from it and was repaired under warranty. Car had only done 28k miles.
