S3, only 7 weeks delivery!

I ordered my S3 on March 8th, the dealer called today to say they will have it on Monday so I can collect Tuesday. I make that 7 weeks for delivery, I was ready to wait another 5 weeks yet! Roll on Tuesday.

Spec if anyone's interested:
Ordered Sprint Blue but changed it to Phantom Black at the last minute!
Black styling pack, Symphony, Bose, flat bottom MFSW, privacy glass, flat tyre warning, phone prep + centre armrest.

My only concern is that the salesman that I've been dealing with is on holiday next week, so someone else will be doing the handover, shouldn't be too much of a problem I hope!

OOI, why did you swap from sprint to phantom... seeing that sprint is a specialist colour so theres not many others around other than S3's??

And black is a bitch to look after

It was a tough call on the colour! I ordered the blue originally because it is the exclusive colour to the S range, and there’s no doubt it looks awesome on the car.

But that’s exactly why I changed it, Sprint Blue looks a bit too good and it stands out a mile. I wanted a car that is subtle and understated, so I literally tossed a coin between black and silver, and black won!
