S3 wing mirrors

I am looking at getting the S3 wing mirror covers on my 57reg A3.

Are the s3 ones exactly the same as mine just in silver or are they a different cover ?
I was just thinking I could get mine sprayed silver as the new set would probs need a touch up anyhow

Are they the exactly same cover ?
Most online need a refurb anyhow so if they are I was thinking same as you and just have them painted

The S3 caps are not a not an ordinary painted finish which is why they are so expensive. Having yours sprayed will give you a similar but not identical appearance.

A 2007 S3 wing mirror will fit 2004-2007 A3

Maybe some early 2008 - as long as the indicator is not in the wing mirror they will fit

I have a passenger side one for sale, you just need to source the drivers side - pm if interested
