S4 Avant roof boxes and rails

Okay ladies and gents, bolt out the of blue this morning -we're expecting our second . Holiday to France next year and a roof box will be required. I'm after some help on what is the best/good value, and also any required fitting tips????

roof bars id recomend audi or thule

I bought a set of Audi bars off ebay as I don't use them that often and couldn't justify the new price - they're great, I can't fault them. Something like THIS

Thanks mate, it's still sinking in at the moment. So no scrimping on the bars then (out of interest what do Audi charge??), audi all the way and any old roof box will do??? Obviously I want it to look as good as possible (-well as good as a roof box can!) on my new toy!

roof box wise, yes so long as its solid, what i have seen in the moddified world is roof boxes colour coded to the car
