S5 front brake conversion ???

Hi folks, looking to put S5 front brakes on my 2012 facelift 2.0 tdi, saw these and wondered if they would be a straight swap, any help/info would be gr8, thanks.

You'd need to compare hubs from an S5 & see if they match yours for matching up fitments, R&D needed I'm afraid.

The brakes I fitted to my car were from an S5. I fitted front and rear calipers and discs on my car with no issues.
Have a look at the build thread linked to in my signature.
I have just had a look at partsbase.org and there doesn't appear to be any difference with your car and mine.

Thanks Karl, do you feel much difference in the stopping power with the S5 brakes?

The brakes do feel better. The standard 320mm brakes I had were good. What are the brakes on your car are they 314mm or 320mm?.
Combined with some Redstuff pads they are very good with the added side effect of less brake dust.

Not to sure of the size Karl, ******* down here all day so never got a chance to measure them after work.
On another note, will I need new carriers to suit the above S5 calipers?

Those calipers have the carriers attached, they are like part of the caliper.
