S5 Tracker..?

Hi
I have recently purchased a 2018 S5 and was told by the Audi dealership that the previous owner had a tracker fitted. They have given me some sort of key fob and told me I would have to get in touch with Vodafone to get it reactivated. Has anyone any experience of this and could direct me to which part of Vodafone I need to speak to?
I’m presuming this will help bring my insurance down slightly as well ?
