S7 rear seat headrests

Ok most embarrassing question I've asked on a forum, but how on earth do you adjust the rear seat headrests on the S7 sport seats? Can get my hand all round about but can't budge them. Have tried a wee screwdriver in the slot bits as well. Manual is no help either.

If you mean the super-sports seats - with a two passenger configuration in the rear, the headrests cannot be adjusted.
