S8 alternatives to OEM brake options?

Hi all,

I've got a 2015 S8 which after 32k miles now needs discs and pads all round. Once I picked myself off the floor having got a quote for £2,100 from my local audi dealer, I started to wonder whether there are aftermarket options that might be better than the OEM equipment and cheaper.

Has anyone been down this route? Any recommendations or opinions?

That's ridiculous. Price up and order the discs and pads from www.carparts4less.co.uk and get a local small garage to fit them labour only.

Depends if they are ceramics then your in trouble if not Try Autodoc, I have used Zimmerman on my D3 not S8 though.

Thank you for that - been really struggling to track down compatible parts. Looks to be exactly what I'm after

Also consider the Girodisc 2 piece discs

Got them for the S8 mated with Yellowstuff EBC pads and they make a good difference over the oem discs.
