Sat nav drive locked

Hello can anyone help me please my sat nav drive is locked on my Audi A6 2011 and I need it unlocked so that I can update my maps I live in Darlington thanks

I'm sure I've seen in VCDS the option to lock/unlock drive. So I can possibly help after a bit of hunting to figure it out.
