Sat Nav help

Hi,
Apologies is this has already been said had a flick through but couldn't see anything, any help is much appreciated.

I have just purchased a 2012 a3 black edition 2.0tdi and loving it so far.

It has a screen in there for radio / sat nav etc, that flips up and has a dvd drive and 2 sd card slots, but when I click on sat nav there is a message that says insert navigation medium.

I assume its been in there from new but I couldn't say for sure...

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get the sat nav working without giving audi lots of £££

Do I need a disk or an sd card ?? Or both ?

I have quite same problem but my navigation data is on sdcard (slot 1)...

Here is the pictures. Anybody have some idea how do I solve this problem?

I have seen some people purchase second hand SD cards with the right version date and managed to get it working
