Service due-Audi or Awesome GTI?????

Service is due now so wondering whether to use Audi or Awesome GTI!
Its the one after the big one with the cambelt so not a big one!

Audi Stockport-£269 all inc
Awesome GTI-£150 all inc

Car has not had a genuine audi service in the last few years its been done at an Audi specialist so not sure what to do as ive only recently bought it.

Not keeping it much longer also, its getting sold to buy a new 8P S3 in the first part of 2011

I agree. I have always serviced mine myself. FASH doesn't count for that much these days IMO.

Yeap I agree, if its on an older car tbh then FASH isnt worth much & even on new cars its not the bees, as long as serviced then who cares huh, I did a few of my S3 services & current 8P A3, see no issues with this for resale, as got, at the time when the bubble had well & truly burst, very good money when I sold my S3 & TBH my S4 B6.

Awesome.

I have full Audi service history and it's worth ****** all. And certainly not the "rip you off sir?" prices and shut customer service.

Don't make the mistake I did. Go with Awesome.


Gaz, just noted Stockport. DONT DON'T DONT. They ripped me off and tried to charge 250£ for the £99 oil service. Then said they would take all the spark plugs out and put them back in the box to use in another car. So you might even get my old spark plugs!!!

They scratched the car, missed broken springs and knackered shocks at the MOT all so they didn't have to pay out on my MOT cover.

Sorry for the rant, but please don't go there. Awesome will charge the same or less but a: do the work properly and b: care for your car.
