Just thought I'd post a link in here in case there are VW readers who don't browse General Automotive Chat (post HERE).
I've got nothing but good things to say about the customer service and work done by the lovely folks at VW in Port Talbot. If you're in the area and in need of work on your car, in my opinion they should be high on your list of numbers to call...
