yeah they are

i was going to base my a3 around that car - it has the riger kit on it but unfortunately mine is pre-facelift!

but i do have that colour and i love it in the sun!

i havent seen a 3dr US one

I'm sure if you check audi.us,they don't get the 3 door.
The sportback is viewed as ultra compact over there.
The 3 door would probably be classed as a toy,or the sort of car a high school girl would get from daddy.

Hehe great!!! That's what I have ordered too, only that one looks like a totally different colour!!!

US market does not get the 3Dr A3, only the sportback and IIRC, only the 2.0T engine, which is odd considering their love for big engines. However someone who drives a compact car normally does so to conserve fuel - yes there are americans who want to, so having the 3.2 would possibly defeat the object.
