Shuddering at High speeds A5 3.0 Tdi 2014

I Have an A5 3.0 Tdi Quattro 2014, there is a shuddering going on that I only notice or is only there when going 65 mph+. I put it into a garage called farmers and explained that it happens for around 2 seconds then stops for a second and repeats at high speeds, they checked it out and couldn't fault it, meaning it should not be anything major, has anyone had this issue before or know what it could be?

I had the front 2 wheels re-balanced and it did not help.
