I've notice that the front side windows seem to get dirty very quickly and that rain on it doesn't seem to disperse even at speed. It's obviously a design fault but what's the best way to cure it? My Porsche had an invisible film that meant the water beaded up and ran off even at low speeds but it's not really something I'd want to fit and I don't want to use some sort of polish that ends up smearing. Any recommendations?

Gtechniq is good but a little finiky on application, for me Rain X is easy as to use on side windows, use a napkin to apply on then remove the haze with a damp mf, repeat twice sorted! Takes all about 5 mins to do the side and rear windows.
For the front I prefer optiglass, or c quartz stuff soley because wiper skip is minimized.

I have to agree with you on the application of Gtechniq, it did take me a WHILE but the results are worth it I think.

RainX is not bad either as said, when you consider how quick it is to apply

Gyeon view - kit!

Knocks spots off of Gtechnique (sorry for the pun)

Kits is great for 4-5coats on exterior glass and is seriously good stuff Also about £20 for a kit!

I will not use anything else!
