Sluggish Gear Changes

Hi everyone!

Anyone know what can cause sluggish gear changes? It's the 7 speed DQ380/381 box. I've already forked out for a new gearbox and had that fitted with new mechatronics and issue still the same. I'm running out of options now Almost sounds as though it's slipping or just being lazy changing gear.

Have to tried doing a dsg adaptation with vcds or obd11? I would try that 1st. Also check to see if the dsg has enough oil in it. Are you running stock dsg tune?

It's just had a new gearbox fitted so just been fully serviced including fresh gearbox fluid. Stock tune also, was previously mapped ECU and TCU but both completely back to standard. No error codes either as been scanned multiple times. Don't know where to look next

I would try a DSG adaptation through either vcds or obd11.
