I have Scratch and Dent cover from ALA.co.uk, purchased with my GAP Insurance at £219 for 3 years. I also have Alloy Wheel Cover from the same at £169 for three years.

This is one thing that I am waiving on - if I take it, it would be with ALA as my GAP is with them.

Anyone else apart from Dave taken out this cover and made use of it?

usually not, although Porsche do, my dads 991 has Carrera classic wheels and they are insured for like for like replacement, but the cover is £400 for 3 years.

Took it on my daughters A1, Got a big stone chip/dent on the bonnet.
Didn't cover it!!!.
Upper surfaces e.g boot, roof, bonnet not covered, bumpers only covered for scatches not dents.

Policy says Pearlescent paint not covered, car is Misano, but Audi confirmed it would be.

Wouldn't take it again
