Something Missing?

I had my first oil yesterday and when I was cleaning the car today I saw something under the bonnet which I've never seen before. Should there be a "cap" on the part I've marked with the arrow. I already found a couple of other caps loose or not fitted so now my paranoia is kicking in. I don't want to raise it with the dealer if it is perfectly normal! Could any other 1.4COD owners please have a look and see if their part looks the same. Many thanks.

That's normal, don't worry, usually bolted in place, but they seem to have adapted a compression fitment now.
