Spacers on S3 Sportback lowered on H&R springs recommendations?

What do people recommend? I don't want scraping but think cars once lowered do need a little spacing out.

The most common seems to be h&r 10mm front and 12mm rear. You may get slight rubbing with 12mm if you don't remove rear arch screw

As above, 10mm front and 12mm rear.

Quite a few threads already on the forum about it and I believe there's also a few pictures kicking about.
