Which ones for a 1.8t 163bhp?

i have the same engine and from reading on various sites they seem to recommend NGK BKR6E (6962) i got a set and will be fitting this weekend myself

fitted them last weekend and also discovered i need a new rocker cover gasket as oil around my old plugs, the new plugs havent made a huge difference definately smoother i used to have a bit of hesitation around 2k revs and 2nd gear seems more punchier
