What engine have you got to only have 5 speed box?

1.8t 163 2003 (engine is BFB), sound right?

these sills dont look genuine to me, maybe somebody fitted them aftermarket?............

They were fitted aftermarket as my car is a sport, but why do they not look genuine, I believe they are.)

Without a doubt, and this cannot be stressed enough, a B6 S Line is ONLY available in the 1.8t guise, be it FWD or Quattro. It was a run out model of the B6 and all the spec above is true.

The ONLY way to know for sure, as there are a lot of S Line reps out there is for it to say on the log book, if it says anything but S Line it's not. If it does not have the 190bhp engine (twin intercoolers) thats about the best initial giveaway.

Anyway see below, as stressed above, without this on the log book, it's a fake. worth checking if you are buying a one, i know i did when i bought mine!
