I owned a 2003 A4 Quattro Sport many moons ago, and my wife has moved from her 1.4 A1 to a 2.0 Q3 Black, and as of Saturday there, a 2018 SQ5 petrol.
I've noticed it makes a bit of a rattle for 5-10 seconds when started from cold. Not sure if it's top end/valvetrain, or chain rattle, and having done some googling, I've seen people suggesting both.
Does anyone know what it is? Is it common? Does it need addressed?
I can grab a video at some point, but it only just occurred to me when I heard her starting it 10 mins ago to go out, so it'd be tomorrow before I could record it doing it again.
