Squeks and Green stuff on the sunroof???

Recently I noticed a squeak from inside the cabin when I go over bumps.

Also I noticed the other day when my sun roof was half open that there was a green mildew on the edges. Does anyone know the best way to clean this off without having to ask my mother on cleaning issues?

I will have pics soon of my A3 when I get batteries for my camera.

Also make sure when you are picking your nose that you use your middle finger when flicking it out of the sunroof as you get the most power from this one...any other just results in said item falling short onto the edges!!!

I use an old tooth-brush (softer bristles) and some warm water to gently clean the green mildew off the sunroof seals when I'm washing my car.

* Take care not to scour the paintwork though!
