I went stage 2 on my opf this week,
Although I didn't go for intercooler, I will do at a later date.
Made 490bhp and 655nm, pops and crackles alot in dynamic. It has completely transformed the car. The drive of the opf rs3 is very different to previous daza engine. Before it was very flat and lifeless with poor sound. Now it's abit of an animal.
Very happy with it.
Did you put on dyno to get the figures ? What was stock figures? Have heard Revo quite good and safe there are so many tuners to choose would you have any videos of pops and cracklesI went stage 2 on my opf this week,

Stock it made 371bhp but they think that was due to bad fuel as it was pulling timing.
After the fuel was changed it made 489 with the map
This is a video of it on mrcs dyno , you can't see much because of the shutter and noise restrictions but you can hear the difference between stage 2 and standand opf
No the opf has Been removed, I don't think you can get those numbers with the opf still in the car.Sounds great completely different
Is opf still on it as Revo say they leave it on
Thanks for video
DanRevo Stage 2 Performance Pack does 480bhp and 660Nm with the GPF/OPF in place to remain legal and has pops n bangs
Yeh it's a real shame about the filters, obviously they are there because they have to be but they completely change the tone of the engine/exhaust not just the noise levelYeah different calibrators did the stg1 DAZA. I did the Stg2 DAZA and Stg1,Stg2 DNWA. The filters do reduce the noise, no way around that without removing them.
Yeah cat and gpf remain in placeDo you keep the cat in place aswell for stage 2?
From videos I've seen sound is not to bad but trying to find a car here in Australia to actually here it no one has Revo tuneYeah cat and gpf remain in place

EngineDan
Was the 480 bhp and 660 wheel figure or engine ?
Dan, have you seen anyone replace the GPFs with two euro6 cats and delete the first cat ? Looking at Wagners downpipe and mid pipes for the DAZA they have this setup but don't offer similar for the dnwa (i.e with the extra sensor bosses).Yeah cat and gpf remain in place
No I've not seen that but then I have not been looking.Dan, have you seen anyone replace the GPFs with two euro6 cats and delete the first cat ? Looking at Wagners downpipe and mid pipes for the DAZA they have this setup but don't offer similar for the dnwa (i.e with the extra sensor bosses).
Chris.
Dan have ordered the Stage 2 PP for the opf model do Revo recommend a tcu tune after remap ?Revo Stage 2 Performance Pack does 480bhp and 660Nm with the GPF/OPF in place to remain legal and has pops n bangs
TCU map will always be worth having, but not something Revo offer at the moment.Dan have ordered the Stage 2 PP for the opf model do Revo recommend a tcu tune after remap ?
Thanks Dan we have 98 Ron here would I be looking at 480 hp as approx as figures on revo say I think 435 to 480TCU map will always be worth having, but not something Revo offer at the moment.
Are Revo bothering with DQ500 software? I asked early last year and was told they were looking at expanding the TCU software range I've seen since that there's DQ381 software. Just asking again because I run the stage 2 software on my DAZA and gear changes aren't seeming as crisp anymore. I've held back on going for TVS in hope that Revo weren't far behind in releasing TCU software to go with their stage 2.TCU map will always be worth having, but not something Revo offer at the moment.
I dont think Revo will be doing any DQ500 software. We have recently launched DQ381 and a revised DQ250

You would need to log it and see what boost your car makes.Dan
Had the kit fitted yesterday very impressed one question what boost is the car hitting seeing you did calibration
Cheers
