Hi all - just got an older Q5, really like it !

I have the auto gearbox, and the 4 armed multi function steering wheel.
I am looking to upgrade this to the sports MF steering wheel, the one without the S-line badge.
Is this easy to do, and I am guessing that one with paddles would need some extra work ?

Is there a specific Q5 MF steering wheel, or can it be from say... an A6 of similar year ?

Thanks in advance
DB

Pic of current would help & of course new one.

Hi my current wheel, and the other wheel that I intend to fit.
My Car doesn't have the paddles, but has the auto box. Is this an easy upgrade ?

It would need coding & yes should be ok.

Whereabouts are you based?

Hi thanks for your reply. I have decided that I would prefer to keep stock, I have opted out of the paddles as it would only be something that I would say "look at this" then never use. So I will go for the standard sports 3 spoke steering wheel without paddles.

I am assuming that I would not be able to use the airbag from my 4 spoke and add to a 3 spoke (that would be too easy wouldn't it)?
