Steering wheel vibration

Hi,

I have a 2006 Audi A3 and I'm having an issue my steering vibrating badly when I get to around 70mph, any idea what could cause this?

Ps I have recent fitted new tyres (fully balanced) and swapped the front wheels onto the back etc

had this on my S40 but at 55-60mph, turned out to be a wheel incorrectly balanced

I'd go back to where you got your tyres balanced and ask them to re-check them..
