Sticking fuel cap in Winter

Hi all. First post. I live in Helsinki, Finland and on my 2nd C7 A6 avant 3.0TDI - adore the car except for 1 thing ... during winter (and yes its cold here) the fuel cap often sticks frozen shut - a couple of times it has been a real issue as low on fuel and unable to fill up.

So ...

a) Do other cold climate owners have the same issue?
b) Any tips for solutions?
