Strange noise from a3

My 2009 Audi A3 8p 2.0tfsi I purchased 4 days ago has started making this noise shown in the video below.

I have no clue what it is and the Audi specialist garages near me are full until September and the car only has a 14 day return window so I’m worried it could be a serious problem/costly fix

Anyone able to give a guess as to what it is based on the noise from the video?

Have you opened the bonnet to see if you can pinpoint the noise?
Take it back, let them deal with it..

Seems like one of the pully bearing.

Guys the garage is 4 hours away unfortunately, I’ve taken it to a local mechanic who is going to take a look, he mentioned it may be a pulley tensioner/belt related. Is this generally a straight forward job for the average mechanic?
